Mohamed is an extremely thorough optometrist. Unlike other optometrists I have seen in the past, my examinations with Mohamed have not felt rushed and he took the time to eliminate any potential issues. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the environment is always clean and inviting. The location is excellent too.

I recently visited marble arch eye centre for a routine check up. I have not been to an optician for a long time. The experience was a great one and very professional. The service provided was 5 star and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't usually enjoy visiting any kind of doctors but my experience was great here and I recommend this centre as not only are they professional but very welcoming.

The optician has been consistently punctual when I have been to get my eyes tested. The standard of service offered is extremely high and the staff are always welcoming. They took the time to make sure I got exactly the glasses that I was seeking and made no attempt at the 'hard sell'. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone; from those with basic needs, to customers who have more complex requirements.
